There’s plenty of chain ramen shops that are easy to find, which are actually ok, like Ichiran Ramen, but we want to share the hidden gems with you too. Whether you’re in Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto or anywhere else, there will be slight differences to flavours and ingredients based on the city you are in.
